FNB EMERGENCY NUMBER and USER ACCOUNT CREATION.

Greetings. I am on the Key Care Plus Option. Was shocked when I realised that the Emergency Number was an 0860....sharecall number. Also faced a challenge when attempting to create a User Account. I was so frustrated that I used the User Name 'Not user friendly' I dare not state my password 😂#@#£#. When I called the Contact Centre for assistance I still had a problem. I was asked whether my password was more that 75% strong. I was frustrated and actually swore. HOW ON EARTH AM I EXPECTED TO KNOW THAT. The call cutoff. When I did not receive a Callback I gave a '0' score for my rating. Rest assured I received a call. I vented my frustrations about the Emergency Number and asked them what would happen if I had not Airtime Credit or if anyone that wanted to assist did not have Airtime. I was furious and mentioned that I respect the agent as a human being but I am responding to an FNB Consultant and that she must not take any offence. I also mentioned that I don't believe that anything would come off my reaction because as far as I was concerned I mean nothing to them but only my subscription does.
