FLIGHT BOOSTER NON PAYMENT

My flight booster's cash back was supposed to be paid on 2019/02/13 and after having to PHONE and follow up why this was not paid in, I was assured that the cash back was paid and that it will be in my account by today. There is still no flight booster money in my account. I am truly disappointed as I have always believed and supported discovery's products.
