Flexicare under Discovery Health is a ****. Active on paper but No active Doctors.

Do not waste your money with Flexicare (Discovery Health) I have had such a horrible experiences with them. The network Dr listed on their network of Doctors no longer took Flexicare. I told them this, Instead of giving me a solution , they kept emailing me the same Doctor list with that 1 doctor who no longer takes Flexicare. When I communicated this again, they kept sending the list. I was so frustrated. I called and the consultant was very honest with me, she said many Doctors are pulling out and people as well are leaving flexicare because of not having a Dr close by. She said, another client she spoke to had to travel 80km to reach a network Dr. In one of the many emails that I sent them, I asked why am I paying for a service that I can't get, because there is no Dr available for me. No response to that email. I then ended my contract with immediate effect and asked for the money that I have paid because Flexicare has failed to provide me with the service which they promised me. Now they are saying no, that fee was for my membership to stay active. Active my foot!!! active on paper but I cannot use the ****** thing. Total waste of money and time. Customer service is beyond poor. Regrets regrets regrets!!!!!!
