FLEXI CARE IS A NUSELESS INSURANCE
Please reverse and terminate my Flexicare insurance; I never grant you permission to deduct R1353-00 and I am not interested in it anymore as the insurance does not meet my requirements.
I need this terminate immediately and reverse immediately.
