FLEXI CARE !!!!

I have had an ongoing query about discovery flexi care. It is an ongoing matter since January 2024.

I was covered by a doctor who was removed from the list who duplicated the claims and they are messaging me privately about non payment which discovery confirmed was claimed for twice and I am not liable to pay. I was told by someone yesterday 16/04/2024. When I queried to look at discovery flexi care as an option they were quick to call me and say they would get someone to assist and not to my surprise they did not call.

This service belongs in the gutters. They dknt care about their clients. They pass a person pillar to post because they cannot do the work they get paid for.

As much as I considered going with flexi care again I don't even recommend this option even if it were to be the last option. They also say over the counter medication but you cannot even get a flue pack or minor painkillers which is over the counter.

They are useless and may you rather sign up with a funeral house than go with this **** plan and service.
