Fleecing Customers as always

The most disgusting company ever... They continuously fleece clients and know they can get away with it because the ombuds is in their pocket. There is no medication that I was prescribed and when the pharmacy gave me a similar medication as a replacement they declined to pay and are now refusing to give my money back. Absolutely disgusted and if I wasnt forced to be with them I would cancel this **** medical aid.
