F*&K DISCOVERY

So I know I will receive another ****ty generic reply but here it goes. I have been with Discovery for at least 20 years, and honestly I am now totally fed up with their pricing structure and how they handle customers.

2024 will see another increase in the monthly rate for our Classic Saver plan, and shockingly they have also decided to lower the Savings Account by 5%. Discovery is a prime example of a company that has the monopoly and are just too happy to drain South African's of as much money as they can.

Claims are ALWAYS a mission, getting my 5 year old with a immune deficiency's chronic meds approved took us more than 6 months. Discovery will blead you dry and manipulate you to spend more on BULL**** like Vitality in order for you to get very ****ty discounts and rewards.

They link your investments, life policies etc. to Vitality again to keep you bound with paybacks and benefits that make you loose if you cancel Vitality. If it is not the South African Government ****ing us it is large corporates like Discovery, it is seriously shocking. Anyway you will loose my R13k a month contribution, my RA, my Annuity and I will be sure to spread the word far and wide about how pathetic and unjust you are.
