fixing the problem halfway

why would discovery health approve a medical procedure and not willing to pay for the physio because my plan only covers in hospital but the rehab is part of the procedure, so they only fixed me half way, always a problem with codes aswell, its been a tough couple of months with discovery, u in pain because of the operation and u still have to worry about physio bills that's not paid.
