Fix the problem! Get it right, this time!

On the 14/03/2019, I emailed ********** "Good day. My cellphone number has changed. I do NOT have access to the old number anymore and therefore, I cannot update my personal details (including my mobile number) because you are delivering the OTP to my old number; the one which I no longer have access to. Please CHANGE the cellphone number so that I receive OTP's on the NEW number. OLD NUMBER: ********** 033 /NEW NUMBER: ********** 356 I called ***for assistance but, as usual, you were experiencing higher than normal call volumes and my airtime eventually ran out. So, if you need to call me, please do so: ********** 356 Else, please CHANGE MY CELLPHONE NUMBER and deliver OTP's to the new number so that I can update my personal details." I ATTACHED A COPY OF MY ID CARD and the email was sent from the same email address which you have on record. On the 15/03/2019, I received a call from one of your consultants confirming that the changes have been made. Well, they were made incorrectly. You are delivering OTP's to someone else. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM ACCURATELY and ADEQUATELY. On the 20/03/2019, I received a email from ********** stating thus: "We are unfortunately unable to update your OTP when the request is sent via email, kindly contact us on ***(option 2) for further assistance." So when I sent I initial request to you, I included a copy of mt ID card as well as my old and new cellphone numbers and the email was sent from the same email address that you have on record. If you want to talk to me, then phone me . I have not got sufficient airtime to listen to how you are experiencing higher than normal call volumes"

How is it possible that your are ALWAYS experiencing higher than normal call volumes. If this is the case, then it's no longer "higher than normal". Who do you think pays for the calls to ***? Just address my issue, please. I'm sick and tired of your incompetence. The problem has still not been fixed, Please define your "soon".
