five months later i am still without medical cover

in November I app**** for much needed medical cover ,because of my financial constraints I was glad to get cover that was designed for my salary ..that didn't last long after my first installment the amount went up..i tried to get help..i was made to resubmit forms that I was never asked for when my application was processed .which I did .while I was waiting for them to sort that out and resume my cover ...my cover was cancelled ...I have so much back and forth emailing between myself and discovery ..I would just like to know why my cover was cancelled ..whose fault has this entire mess been ..<br> its not fair being treated like this ..to make matters worse the person who was helping me before with my queries has since decided to stop answering my emails
