Finding it impossible to remove a diseased depende

Why is it so difficult to impossible to remove a dependent from a Discovery Health Medical Aid? Phoning the 086*** call center is in vain, as you need to interact with a computer using your telephone key pad. I was not able in any way, to speak to a consultant. Using Google, I tried to find a way to do this, but also exhausted that avenue. It seems simple enough to add a dependent! How do I remove a dependent from Discovery Health?
