After days upon days of phoning different numbers, re electing a new broker, phones been put down in my ear and getting different advice from whomever spoken to, today I found a Discovery Angel by the name of Joyce Raphela whom works at client services. I was at the stage of trying to find a way to somehow contact Mr. Adrian Gore out of desperation and Total Frustration. A huge Thank You to Joyce whom was friendly, helpful and actually attended to and sorted out my dilemma. Joyce is an absolute asset to Discovery and I suggest Joyce is used for training people at the myriad of different call centers one lands up at when trying to sort out a problem. I would even suggest that Joyce makes a guidance work sheet to be given to everyone in this vast amount of call center divisions.
