Finally explained!

I requested an explanation of why I pay R4200 for medical aid yet everything comes out of my savings. I cannot get a crown because of this. For the first time in my life someone actually explained the plan to me. The reason is for the threshold. I never knew this. I was very close to cancelling my discovery medical aid. Now I know it is ok to change the plan and I will still be covered. It is really something important to inform your customers about. So thanks for finally solving the mystery for me.
