Fezile/Feziwe is a star ⭐️

I was really not happy that when I went to the doctor yesterday using my keycare medical aid, my usual doctor that I use was not included in my medical aid as one of my doctors (bare in mind I've been on keycare since December 2016) The doctor asked that I pay a certain amount as they would charge it as an out of network visit. I was upset as this error was done when all i was doing was switching employers. So there I was walking to the ATM pretty mad and I called Discovery, the lady by the name of Fezile/Feziwe answered she advised that I shouldn't pay she will call me back within 10 minutes. And she called me within 10 minutes she had sorted everything out for me, spoke to the receptionist at the do the and even emailed them proof that the doctor was included as my GP.

Fezile/Feziwe you were great yesterday Sisi!!! Thank you so much ⭐️ I hope you get to see this as I tried to call to thank you but no one could transfer me straight to you.
