Felxicare se gaat

I called your number today to have my Flexicare insurance canceled. Reason being I was sold dreams, and it won't benefit me in any way. The lady laughed and said I must send an email for cancelation. If you guys can call and assist telephonically, why can't the same thing be done when one wants to cancel? This product of yours has selected doctors and it's useless. I can't believe I wasted my time and airtime to call, only to be told garbage.
