Fees not paid, and no response.

Hi<br> <br> I have tried everything to put a specific claim through that amount to R864.30 for Dr Bloch and partners, and although I was ignored for quite some time, I managed to get helped to fill in a special requests form, and sent it through to Discovery. This claim already happened last year at the end of November. I am now facing legal action because of nobody notifying me that this amount was never paid. When I look at my claims history it shows that the claim was paid to the member on 2015-04-06, but I never received an amount like that. I looked at my bank account, and I never received this amount. I have now been trying to get hold of someone telephonically, but on 2 different phones my calls get dropped before I can speak to someone. I have sent a mail from both my work address and my gmail, and still have not gotten a response. Please let me know what is happening, as this is really getting urgent. I cannot believe that it is impossible to speak to someone, or even get any kind of help from you.
