Feeling helpless because they just don't care

<p>I have been trying to receive authorization from discovery and all that is said to be outstanding is a PMA form from my GP. My GP won't submit this because Discovery has defaulted on previous payments to said GP. I feel it extremely unfair that my health should be conpromised because of a financial tug of war between my GP and discovery. I have called countless times have sent countless emails to no avail </p>
