Hi, <br> Membership number: *** <br> I decided to change my parents medical aid from Coastal Saver to Key care plan due to costs. I requested this in December. The plan was quickly changed and they were automatically put on on the highest bracket . I, Stanton who pays for there medical aid, have had to pay double for Jan and Feb. When i queried this, they are only willing to pay back February excess amount and not Jan as well...Which amounts to R3000 which i lost. I feel ****** as i was never asked to confirm there status from Discovery. Discovery just automatically placed them on the highest bracket.<br> Please note, i have authority to query on my parents behalf.
