Feedback on Discovery article on Bobroff Website

Hi <br> <br> A week ago I've mailed a article to Discovery for clarity and feedback, until now I've got no response. For me, as an Discovery client, it is a very troublesome article and I need to get clarity to decide if Discovery is going to let me down when I need them the most or not.
