Still no feedback via email as promised by Damian before Friday *** Reference numbers: ***6th Feb *** 9th March *** 10th March *** 10th March via the call centre and on the phone for over 20 minutes

Call received from Damian on Wednesday no reference provided by him assuring me my claim would be loaded either the afternoon on Thursday - not showing. Also assured me I would have email feedback before Friday...today nothing received.

What is Dicovery Medical Aid good for... not medical cover but EXCUSES
Now my discount being queried wow what an excuse. Be happy I got such good discount for paying cash!! Excuses ...excuses.
