<p>I have the approved authorisation papers I have received from Discovery.</p> <p>I have mailed it 3 times received call that mam don't worry it was submitted to wrong claim department, it is send now to the right department, the amount will be paid to dr Von Varendorf. Login still see the procure amount lying in the savings account not payable, when is this going to be fix </p> <p> </p> <p>Also need a motivation to why only 2000 will be paid to anesthetic bill were 10 000 I paid because they recon have to pay them and claim from medical aid </p> <p> </p> <p>I want answers asap because I getting gatvol. I paid my premiums every month on time, I send the paperwork for approval in may already have the mails for the approval to remove the lesions fully approved </p>
