Good day i am in disgrace with ur medical aid... Went to my primary gp and you guys let me do a co payment of more than 400 rand and then i have to pay my own medication. Now i wonder why do i have a medical aid if it would have been cheaper going prv to a dr that gives medication if my employer didnt force us to take discovery i would never be a client of yours.. And its not the first time last year was seen in casaulty and still had to pay my meds of 800 cash... So whats the use of having a medical aid. Where i still have to pay everything. At this point i am so glad my life saving operation was done by steve biko because their meds and their dr dont have any issue like discovery paying for dr... If it were up to me i will never use discovery.. So actaully i am waisting my money every month i in anycase have to pay my dr and medication cash and pay a medical aid that dont give a ****.. Kind regards hope you can inform me why its like that. All screen shots available on how they dont pay even though it your primary gp.
