Fault advertising by Discovery,LA HEALTH, VITALITY

I did a screening on the 5th and was told I'll receive Pick n Pay voucher 48 hours after my screen,called on the 12th to follow up, was told to wait 7 days,7 days past,still nothing ,It's really not good to lie to your customers and promise them vouchers if your not gonna deliver.
