Farah Sharmar and Discovery Health's AMAZING service.

Discovery Health, I hope you see this review. Once again I have been astounded by the outstanding service from Discovery Health. At the follow-up appointment following my operation in October 2021, I was assured by the Doctor's receptionist that the consultation would be covered under the same hospital authorisation number as my admission; two months later, I received numerous emails, calls and texts from that same Doctor's office, stating that my amount was outstanding. After two quick emails to Discovery, stating my predicament, Farah Sharmar from Discovery Health, contacted me and personally told me that the claim would be processed and paid in full. She then went on and apologized to me for any inconvenience.... I was taken aback.... the humility; the understanding; the modesty; the helpfulness and the humbleness of this lady, that had never met me before was a breath of fresh air.

Farah Sharmar, you were simply wonderful. And Discovery Health, a big thank you to you too. I have been a member of this medical aid for about 14 years and you never cease to amaze me as to the lengths you go to for customer satisfaction; service and willingness to assist customers.

On a side not, we have been without electricity at our office from 09:00 am today until now, 12:50 pm. It is hot, we are all bothered, exhausted and frustrated; but knowing that Discovery Health has always 'got my back' when I need medical assistance, always makes me smile with gratuity.
