All I can say is WOW!! This young lady assisted me with a very complicated claims query which I had.<br> She was patient, kind, energetic and just an absolute pleasure to be on the phone with.<br> As of a few days ago, I am no longer a Discovery client due to unfortunate circumstances. I told her about it upfront but at no stage did she make me feel like I no longer mattered.<br> If only we could successfully clone people...
