FANTASTIC ADMIN EFFICIENCY

My bank details for monthly premiums needed to change. I logged a call through Discovery's Web Portal. <br> Within an hour, an Afrikaans speaking person (my language), phoned me from Eastern Cape (PE?), confirmed my details and request, and effected the change. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the person who assisted me, but he was so friendly, professional and efficient. I would like to thank and compliment him for such great service. <br> I am totally blown away by such spot on, personalised, efficient service.
