False statements for in-hospital claims

My mom is on Classic Comprehensive plan at Discovery. On their plan explanation they claim to cover 200% in-hospital. Only to find out now that they actually do not. 2 MRI scans were needed, only one paid - in contradiction what they say about in hospital claims!
