False promises from sales representatives!!!

I phoned about one month ago to shop around for a perhaps better medical aid. I am currently 30 weeks pregnant so am well aware that pregnancy wouldn’t be covered but this agent, Mandla Sambo, swore to me that the birth of my child would definitely be covered even if I was within the 3 month waiting period. I asked him God knows how many times if he was sure because I wouldn’t make the switch if the birth of my child isn’t covered. He promised many many times. How on earth can you make a first time mother that’s 10 weeks away from her due date stress like that??? Absolutely disgusting! I am requesting for recorded calls and using the email comms to escalate this!
