FALSE PROMISES

I called Discovery on Friday to ask them for my tax certificate.

The lady who took my call told me that they were not ready, I asked her when they would be ready and she did not know.

She did not offer to find out for me and come back to me. I had to ask her whether she would find out for me and get back to me. She said she would. I had to ask her when she would and she said by the end of the day. I asked her to please get back to me by latest 12pm, as it was early morning I was calling her.

She told me that she would get back to me by 12 pm, however did not bother to call me back. Up until today I have still not heard from her.

I find it disgusting that I pay my premiums every month which Discovery takes without fail, I have been with them for a number of years now and have never claimed.

They take my money however when I call with a simple query, I get false promises, and don't get the call back with my answer to a simple question.

Every year Discovery is the last to complete their tax certificates. I never have problems with other companies I need tax certificates from, however Discovery is always the slowest to complete them.

What a disappointment Discovery.........
