False information provided

I have never been disappointed with the services given by Discovery, as most know it's one of the best medical aid in our country but to my surprise they are full of misleading, when l joined the medical aid l was told l was covered for unlimited doctor's visits plus hospital cover only to find out all was false. I went for a consultation but to my surprise am told l had to pay for my own consultation fees since my medical aid did not have funds.l have only consulted once and used for my on the counter medication than boom it's out, l pay 2700 a month only to get R3000 to use a year for all my medical needs which does not make sense and it defers from the information given, now am ill, out of funds and holding a medical aid which is not useful to me. Discovery is not transparent with its clients and they honestly do not have their client's needs at heart as why could one advice a client to take up a product which does not suit their needs after the client explained what they really want.
