on your teams and conditions you stated that after doing wellness screening a reward voucher will be sent in 3-5 workings days but i didn’t receive my voucher and i called your call centre which kept me on the line for 20 minutes without being helpful. i was told the reward is send after 7 working days but on your website it’s a different story. LAHealth
