False information and now Pathcare wants to take me to the lawyers

Good day , it is with great disappointment I write this review. I was informed by 3 consultants that discovery covers 1 positive covid test and now Pathcare sends me a message that Discovery does not cover it and I have to pay this cash. I would like an explanation why 3 consultants says discovery primary care covers 1 positive test and now I am declined? I would like someone to call me on ***
