False information
In Nov 2015 we were advised that we would have the choice to be on Discovery Health so the consultants came to the office to present.

A guy by name of Eugene gave me all sorts of wrong information claiming that since I am on Discovery Insure (car insurance) I would save 25% on my premium.

It sounded great and everyone wants to save few rands right? There and there I filled in the forms and were sent to the HR Practitioner.

2. He said there is no need to have prescription and that I just go over the counter and get meds.

3. I told him I'm on skin treatment and he assured me that I will be able to get the lotion and soaps including the pills that I take but at the chemist I didn't get them all.
4. He said I would never pay any levies, and I have been paying levy from day 1.

5. When I call him to inquire he doesn't bother to respond and I asked him to transfer me to someone who would assist me but he never return my calls or any of my messages.
6. He fed me with lies about the Vitality card too and I called him wanting to cancel but he always avoids me. I'm stuck with the Disc Health for this year but want to cancel the vitality and a new consultant
