False info on Plan that i am on

I am very disappointed in Discovery Medical aid. Me being in my opinion a great ambassador for discovery always giving compliments about the excellent medical aid. Now I am astounded to say that Discovery let me down. According to my Medical aid plan that I am on I have unlimited usage of Blood tests, with a shocking discovery I am liable for 50% of the contribution to blood tests done. Now I am responsible to pay this amount to the pathologist. This in my opinion is very disappointing, I have tried to clarify the issue with Discovery to find out that they refuse to pay. I am liable for cost which is actually the responsibility of Discovery to pay, this in my opinion is unacceptable. Discovery being labelled as the best medical aid, now I am doubting it and actually considering finding a medical aid that does not \LIE"in their scheme plan about paying certain costs. Why do I pay a medical aid that refuses to look after my health"
