We had a worst experience ever, I took a medical aid with discovery for my daughter who is 20yrs in January after coming out of my Gems medical aid due to age (20yrs). So I had to get her the one that can cover her individually, then discovery scheme offered me a essential dynamic smart plan selling it to me that she'll be covered 100%. Until my daughter started bleeding and we took her to the specific network hospital as it was an emergency situation that when we discovered that she was pregnant and couldn't attend to her saying they can cover her, I tried to show them that I have a proof that saw me that their hospital was one of 5 network hospital they gave us on that plan. But no they even transfer my child to a public hospital instead, the way I was so mad due to the embarrassment and treatment they gave us. Discovery is selling us what they can't deliver, I'm still can't recover from that situation, we a residents in this area and we've been there before using Gems and we never had that kind of situation, so my rating for Discovery for my experience is 0%. Please stop selling us false information just to gain premium from us and not deliver
