False claims information, no care

To make a long story short. My wife got admitted to hospital through the ER and had an operation. She got discharged, we then viewed our Discovery profile a couple of days later and it displayed 100% covered and we were relieved and impressed.

Viewed it a couple of days after that and then there was a co-payment of R9450.00 all of a sudden. Asked discovery to explain what the hell is going on. They rep**** but didn’t bother to read the emails properly, no care, no interest. Even the hospital was confused as they were paid in full and then the deductible was reversed afterwards.

Really dissatisfied with the service and the fact that it is okay to display false information like that and change it afterwards.
