False Claims and Incorrect Claims

My husband was admitted at Jacaranda Hospital. Your ****** claims department are are doing the claims under our savings, where is they should be paying those claims under hospitalisation. 12/03/2015 Mvoko XGK Psychologist R686.10 medical savings. 11/03/2015 Mvoko XGK Psychologist R772.20 medical savings. 03/03/2015 Tshepo Campbell claim for Dr Mvoko XGK Psychologist from medical savings. I have never consultant with that doctor this year, it should be under my husband's name and under hospital benefits, paid amount R686.10. We got an authorisation number for the Admission, why is this happening????
