False adverti*****t by Discovery medical aid

I received a call from Discovery at the end of November regarding signing up for medical aid from 1 January 2025. During this sign up call, the Wellth bonus was heavily promoted to me and I took the plan knowing that I was to receive this benefit on 1 January 2025. When I log into the Discovery website, there is a notice that the Wellth bonus was canceled effective 31 December 2024. Basically Discovery had false advertised a product to me and possibly several other clients.

Good day,
There has been no response regarding this complaint. Furthermore, I specifically requested that Discovery debit my medical aid and vitality premium together which has not happened. I am struggling for assistance
