False advertising withholding owed money

Vitality just never seem to adhere benefits promised to members

They currently have a 50 percent cash back promo ending 31st August

I made a 4000 rand purchase on 31st July

It is now the 24th August and I have not received the 2000 rand cash back owed to me

I have delt directly with a vitality consultant who keeps telling me it’s under investigation

It’s 3 weeks now and I don’t understand what needs to be investigated it’s absolutely disgusting business ethic

I’ve provided all the invoices from Totalsports showing my purchase made on 31st May and 3 weeks later have not been paid out

Further more the promo was extended from the original end date of 31st July to another another month

And as a result I’m not being paid I cannot take advantage of the extended promo period for a benefit that as member I especially pay for

Yes that’s right we vitality members pay for these promised benefits only to be denied time and time again by the Pathetic customer service and total disregard for clients
