False Advertising of online doctors consultations / Connected Care

I have been calling discovery for the past two weeks now to have an online doctor consultation. The consultants all tell me that the DrConnect service is discontinued and I must use Connected Care. None of the 10 staff members at digital support and medical aid can help me with Connected Care as I am unable to book a online consultations. Discovery claim to offer online consultations but this is false advertising and they should be reported to the Health Ombud.
