Zero transparency or understanding. Tried to add my fiance to my policy. Met all the requirements as per the application form and submitted all documents as required by the application form. Declined. You don't meet the requirements of 2 years (although it's been 1 year). Nothing is mentioned on the application form about this. Call centre agent refers met an underwriting document of 2022. Shocking service. I now have to find alternative cover for my fiance as she has already cancelled her own medical aid.
