False Advertising

So I wanted to get the Apple Watch benefit for my fitness journey but one of the criteria is that you join Discovery Bank (the only criteria I did not meet) hence I joined and got a credit card.

Now I phoned Vitality to ask why I still don't qualify for the Apple Watch and they inform me that I have to have the new bank account for at least 3 months before I can qualify!!!!! No where in the criteria do they mention this - just that you need to upgrade to Discovery bank - If I knew this I would have never opened the bank account and rather bought the Apple Watch cash.

Easy way to get you to join the bank and pay initiation fees. FALSE ADVERTISING AT ITS BEST!!!!!!!!!

All my stuff is with Discovery - seriously considering moving it.
