False advertising
I wish we had zero stars for ratings. My plan says "full hospital cover" I get to the hospital sick as ever only to find I need to pay a co payment of R405 just to go to casualty, I can't be admitted because I'm on a "1year waiting period" that time I got the medical aid certificate and it said no waiting period. Mxm

14 Nov 2021, 10:17I must check the final feedback that still says "you do not have a waiting period on your cover" meanwhile they looked me dead in the eye at Universitas Netcare and told me they just got off the phone with Discovery and they can't admit me because I'm on a 12month waiting period, I only joined in March. Kahleni boo,you are ******** who LEAVE information out on these plan brochures that's it, admit it. Who are you trying to fool
