Failure to resolve my profile isdue

I joined discovery medical aid in April 2022. I signed everything and contributions are been made. I never received my membership card other than email attaching my membership certificate. When contact them I am been told that my mbership card is only digital and not a plastic card. I was further advised to register my profile on their website and access my benefits as well as my digital membership card which I did. But after all registration I could not log into my profile, and when trying to discovery I am been told that my profile is linked to someone s profile which is the reason I could not log in and they are failing to resolve my problem. I would like to advice everyone not to trust discovery. It is a **** Useless medical aid scheme full of useless people.
