Failure to honor payment

Dear Sir/Madam

I went to a Dischem Clinic at New Market lifestyle centre on the 3 December 2024. I told the nurse will use Extended day to day extended benefits because my saving is zero.

Discovery decline my claim and your consultant said told me yesterday telephone that that Dischem is not registered as wellness network centre.

On the 4 December 2024 I phoned Dischem who told the are registered was network wellness centre.

Discovery promised to call Dischem and come back to me today , 4 December 2024 but they did not phone me and they hang up the call on me
