Failure to deliver - very quick to collect premium

Wow! I concur with the concern raised by a certain Botha regarding the response of Discovery Life to her claim. She has said a mouthful about Discovery and I echo her sentiments. In fact it is discovery as a whole including their focal business which is the medical aid. I am currently without the medical aid with the very sick old lady next to me due to Discovery's false promises, inefficiencies and wanting one document after the other. I am now having a life cover with them and I think that the sooner I get it away from them, the better for me to avoid a similar incidence to yours. Discovery is very effective and efficient when demanding payments even for insurance cover which should not be owed in that if one did not pay, one is simply not covered' why such an effort from Discovery to follow up such payments. I was promised a follow up and correction of my medical aid issue by one of their front line consultants and I am still waiting since last year and instead I have app**** for another medical aid cover and I have to send them endless forms for my mother. What a disgrace.
