Failure to adhere to a debit instruction given on 12 May 2020 for 01 June 2020

On or about 12 May 2020, I forwarded an email to my Broker and advised her to instruct Discovery Medical Aid not to deduct this month's premium from my cheque account as I have enough money on my medical savings account. This was far than a week's notice which Discovery requires for debit order instructions. To my surprise this morning, an amount of R3570. 00 was debited from my cheque account. This was the opposite of my request a super my email dated 12 May 2020!!!!!!! This is shocking and I am not impressed at all.I want my money back and Discovery should deduct this month's debit order from my medical aid savings as instructed. I was not blind when I wrote this instruction and there was a reason for same.
