Fails to correctly capture customer information and then blames the customer. They deserve a negative star review. They're just *********** buffoons

Would give them a zero star rating. They failed to enter my details correctly so I received none of their communication. There was no apology when I contacted them to enquire why I was receiving no emails. They then proceed to rudely inform me that nothing can be done and they won't rectify their mistakes. They are **** bags, ********s, and the worst lack of service providers I've ever had the experience of working with. I'll be switching medical aids if they fail to fix their incompetence in the next few days.
