Failing to pay back monies deducted

<p>During last year i assisted my aunt with a "cheaper" option of Medical aid, and also undertook to pay the Medical aid on her behalf, we started the process and finally we have submitted all the relevant documentation, they came back with a final letter to sign (after we first had to proof her Medical aid History), this was done on 20 february 2016, however the same day she had a stroke, she passed away on 24th February 2016, we however submitted the documentation on the 22nd of Feb 2016, with the hope that they will allow us to transfer her to a private hospital, but she passed away before we could actually start with the transferring, on 1 March 2016 they deducted two months premiums from my account, i then requested that they refund me as she passed away, after numerous phone calls to date i have not yet been refunded, they have different stories everytime.</p>
