Failer to respond to urgent applications

I was recently dignosed with Deep Vein Thrombosis, Dr prescribed Clexane injections 2 times a day. I was advice to apply for a Prescribed Minimum Benefit. I was discharged from hospital on 7 July and app**** on 8 July, since my application l still do not have a positive feedback from Discovery. I have been calling them every week, where l speak to different peoples in the call center and each and everyone of them keeps telling stories. A month later, on 4th August l received feedback from Quintin via email that my application has been approved. However these were his terms of approval
